hi all.
yesterday i went for my blood test results and they were all clear. i cried with relief in front of the doctor because i had been so panicy abuot them and was wound up so tightly, it was just a big release. anyway after that i have told myself that now is the time to make changes and focus on my head. i also had it out with my boss and then that evening split with my girlfriend. All positive steps and things that needed to happen. what a day!
