Hi just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Richard, I am 45 and 14 months ago I was diagnosed with severe depression, it took me a long time to get the help I needed but thanks to a new Doctor I finally did. After 12 months on Citalopram 40mg and CBT I am finally feeling better. I am just in the middle of coming off my Citalopram, firstly down to 20mg and now stopped altogether 5 days ago. I wish I had found this website then, but I just wanted to say hi and say I know how tough depression is but you can get through it and have a better life at the other end.:yesyes:
