annoying symptoms

hey,

just wondered if anyone has expierenced these symptoms,

Sore throat, feels like i am choking and that my mouth isnt big enough ( sometimes wonder if its my teeth)

hot all the time

sometimes it feels like i am short on breathe and get all sweating

yeah hunni i get it then i strat over breathing xx
i describe it as feeling like someone is pushing on my throat nthen i over breathe thinking my airways are blocked then get dry mouth and end up in a right state till i get a drink xxx
