Hello everyone and thanks!!

This website and forum have been so very helpful to me in working on getting my anxiety under control. It helps so much to hear from other folks that are having symptoms and concerns similar to mine and find out that the causes are usually originating from the anxiety and those thought processes.

I do have some thoughts and questions that I will try to get posted, but in the meantime thanks again.
