HI Everyone i have read some things on here and am still kind of confused what to do.
i have panic attacks if im put under alot of stress if i go out of my living zones i.e holiday abroads, of on day trips.
i will feel sick and pass out i have also messed myself and have no control over my bowel movements and when im just coming around i am sometimes sick.
im on citroplam 40mg a day
im worse near and just after my periods crying and low recently i get palpitaions in bed and try to shut them of.
i recently raised this with my gp but didnt say anythink apart from shall i write you a new perscrition.
i also go to gym 3 times a week and do taekwondo once or twice a week.
i cant go abroad with my children or husband any more because im so ill i end up staying in the hotel.
