I was an aromatherapy consultant for about 12 months. I recieved some excellent training whilst doing this but that was only the start of my education.

I used to get loads of repeat customers, why, because this stuff works, the business was party planning where I'd go around to a persons house and do a presentation, answer questions and stuff like that.

The interesting thing was I never needed to do any selling because my clients did it for me. I'd describe something and one of them would pipe up, 'yeah it really works I tried it myself'. There's nothing more valuable the a recommendation from a friend. This combined with my own personal experience proves to me at least that it really works.

The following oils are excellent for anxiety and stress management

lavender, jasmine, geranium, ylang-ylang. and bergamot

Blend them all together for the most effective use. Best used it a bath, massage and burner/defuser.

WARNING

If you decide to use essential oils find out the proper way to use them first. These are concentrated oils and if mixed or used improperly they can have many undesirable effects.:weep:

NEVER use them neat directly onto the skin and once diluted always do a patch test first.

Revitol Stretch Mark. (http://stretchmarkinstitute.com/products/1,revitol-stretch-mark.html)
The blurb says that Revitol helps to increase the production of collagen and elastin. Of collagen, this may be true. But elastin is an immutable, very tough protein no longer produced after puberty. If elastin is added to Revitol, fine. But it states that Revitol stimulates the body’s production of elastin. According to the textbooks on any dermatologist’s shelf, elastin can be replicated only early on, only in the bodies of children.
