My gp suggested this site to me:
http://www.llttf.com/ "Living Life to the Full"

I've just had a look and it seems to be like a self help course for depression and anxiety.
The small bit I looked at, looks at why you feel the way you do and how to change.
It's free and seems very helpful. I'm willing to try!:)

It looks like you have to buy the books to accompany the course, but I can't see a price anywhere.

Hi shoegal, I think you can download the leaflets and handouts and print them out, as you go along. Well I haven't bought any books!
I have just found a link to the course books:
http://www.fiveareas.com/resourcearea/index.php?_a=viewCat&catId=3

Looks like some of it is free to download as well, hope the link helps good luck.:)
