Well I shouldn't say "new". I've been visiting this site for quite a while now and I wanted to thank everyone! I've been dealing with Panic Attacks since early December, although at the time I didn't know that's what I was dealing with. Not knowing what was going on has set me up with some Health Anxiety. I have convinced myself I've had multiple things wrong with me that definately weren't and was a very frequent patient of Dr. Google! haha
I deal with quite a lot of stomach pressure and indigestion that goes through my chest creating a lot of gas. Sometimes will give me a panic attack. It's been very reassuring to me that so many people have gone through this also. It usually calms me down!
So thanks again to everyone, you were helping me without even knowing it :)
