depression or anxiety

hi guys
just wandered if any one knows what this is i feel like im being sucked into my own little world and its worrying me. i feel like id say im inside a car with the windows up kinda thing if you open them u feel alive and with it . i feel iv lost interest in lots off things is this the start of a depression

It sounds like it might be a bit of both. Have you been worrying about anything recently? Anxiety can cause depression.
