red burning patchs again

hey guys ..
iv just been stood painting for an hour or so and all of a sudden i felt the right side of my belly burning so i looked and it was red and hot to touch .. what is this does anyone else get it? iv looked through anxiety symptoms and its on there but says "with no visable redness" just the burning this has worried me please put my mind at rest x

tight clothes, leaning on the area, paint allergy, bashing it, irritation to clothes - anything! this is nothing serious i assure you this is not a symptom of anything serious at all

hi holly .. i honestly didnt bang it or even touch it on anything :/ .. i get it sometimes not in same place just a red burning patch :( x
