hello all, ive been suffering from anxiety and panic for just over 3 years now. ive used n.m.p for the last 2, and its been a great help. but for some reason ive never signed up, and i dont know why. so i just thought id post somthing, as n.m.p has been amazing, just for logging on and reading through the forum realy helps to calm me down. id just like to say a big thank you to no more panic.
