Help with anxiety

Hi i suffer with health anxiety and was wondering if anybody takes any medication that will help keep me calm, ie something like Kalms. I do not want to go on antidepressants so was looking for an alternative.

I do too. Don't want to go back down the ssri road. I'm using Bachs rescue remedy drops but looking for something a bit more effective,
