Yes Jessica, thats common with anxiety. You sound stressed out, take time out for yourself. x

I some times get a tight throat and it feels like it's about to close up and it sends me into a right panic, ironic since it's the anxiety that started It in the first place. Take some deep breaths and get a big glass of cold water and try to relax. X
