Just checking -
I am currently undergoing tests for chronic pain in the lower abdomin (These pains are real - I think lol) So I am quite stressed and anxious of what can be causing these.
I nearly had a full-blown panic attack on the train this morning - I say nearly as I understood all the signs of panic so therefore tried to face it and let it wash over me - def helped as I managed to get to my destination.
But in the last few weeks I have noticed I keep getting hold burning patches on my skin usually arms and legs - is this another stress sign?
