Paroxetine to escitalopram ????

Hi my gp had recommended I swap from 10mg paroxetine to 10mg escitalopram, does anyone have experience of doing this and how much to reduce paroxetine by before switching or are they comparible? Really scared to change but can't go on as I am...... Any advice? :ohmy:

I went from Seroxate 40mg to escitalopram 20mg, the only real problem was I felt nausea, but I was on 40mg and had been for 10 years plus, so you may not notice many symptoms cause you are on a lower dose.
