right, ive suffered from horrible panic attacks for 2 years, and what i've started doing is carrying around a little bag with me everywhere i go, in case i have one. it contains:

mini massages soothing oil- a soothing essential oil for general anxiety and mild panic.
lemon and lime oil- a sharp scent to break the panic cycle
forget-me-not oil- a calming scent for after or before an attack
lavender oil- a good, all-purpose calmer, good for anxiety too
a paper bag- for when the oils just dont work!!
