Hi there I have had h/a for 18 months and I am just so depressed about it it is taking over my life. I phone nhs24 3-4 times a week and I go up to a+e and out of hours a lot as well, no reasurrances seem to help, Ive had 3 ecgs a 24 hour tape in the last year and nothing wrong, I get convinced Im going to die any minute so I cant travel away from home in case I am not near a hospital. My life is a nightmare. Evening is the worst time for this. Ive been told my left arm pain is muscular tension. But I keep thinking how do they know because I did not have an ecg at the time i was symptomatic? I feel like Im going mad a lot of the time, but taking my mind off it by doing crossword puzzles and watching my favourite film helps
