I usually don't check, but right now mine is about 100, and it's beating 'harder' then usual if that makes sense. Kind of freaked out. Apparently 100 is the high end of normal, but I think my usual is 60-80. Normal is 60-100.

I know resting pulse rate can vary enormously, as there are different sorts of "resting" (e.g. sitting down, lying down) and it also depends on your state of mind; if you're anxious it will automatically push up the resting rate.

Mine fluctuates wildly from 100 if I'm at the docs to under 60 sometimes 58 or so if I'm laying down and truly resting. Try not to freak out over it x

It depends on how relaxed I am when resting. Very relaxed e.g lying down 60-65, just in general sat upright 70-80, sat down and panicking 80+

Usually between 80 and 130 - it depends what I've eaten though, time of day and how I'm feeling in myself at the time.

60-70, when I had anxiety it was 130.

Propranolol helped calm it all down for me.
