restless heart - I'm so scared

I have now for 2 days had a restless heart.
I am so scared and it seemed to get worse every time I try to be active or moving around
I have extra beat skip beat and flutter , and shortness of breath, I can neither eat, talk or do anything without getting winded. If I try to do something then I just have more extra beat and flutter - is this normal?


Anyone can help? I'm so scared :ohmy:

i felt like a few weeks back and had to have an ecg it turned out to be anxiety related and asthma, hopefully nothing to worry about but as we know we all do.
