clicking ears

hi, since ive suffered from panic attacks and anxiety my ears make clicking noises every time i swallow, it really bothers me alot , does anyone else get this strange feeling!?

Yep I have it at the moment. I think I need my ears cleaning out as it is not about anxiety.

Hi Rania

I have this too and have had for many years.

However, it can be a temporary problem following a cold etc. Mine is most likely due to fluid in the middle ear and tubes as I have sinus problems anyway.

See your doctor perhaps if it doesn't settle.
