severe anxiety last 5 days :(

Ive had really bad anxiety for 5 days cant eat, feeling sick, cant sit or lie down for more that 2mins, muscles jittering and shaking.. its a nightmare.
doc gave me Lofepramine 70ml twice a day, but till they work he gave me diazapam and propranolol.
I just want to know how long it takes for the Lofepramine to start working?
