Hi everyone - I'm really nervous at the moment! I'm going on holiday for two weeks early tomorrow morning and im so panicky!
I'm nervous because 1) I'm emetophobic! 2) we are driving to Austria! And 3) I'm scared I will become Ill!
I wanted to do this to challenge myself and try and beat my anxiety but I don't think I can! I'm so scared I'll get a bug or be sick!
