is this health anxiety?? does anyone get these?

right so i really need to know if you guys get achey pains like me and if its really anxiety .. my thighs, my knees, my arms ,my bottom, my hips my wrist , basically everywhere .. im so worried and really fed up now :( someone please reply i feel like theres no one i can ask as no one i know has health anxiety .. are these pains normal as far as health anxiety goes? xx

yes hun,,i can ache in places i didnt know ive got lol,,normally only last a day or two,,,i even have aches across my cheek bones but we can get it anywhere,,,treat yourself to a massage with warm lavender oil,,even if you have to do it yourself ,,its still relaxing

thanks for replying .. im a complete mess today just havent stopped acheing for days now its too much im goin to try a hot bath and give my self a little massage .. x
