Hey. Im 24 Male, my main problem is social anxiety. Ive started CBT, went to the odd group thing (it was a one off talk) and am pretty much looking to maybe find groups near me, or people with similar experiences. New to the forum so if you could point me in any direction it would be :yesyes:

Edit: My location is near Croydon in London. Near Bromley, ect aswell.
