how is everyone on here.... not sure how/if this sitr will help but looks good....
been seeing a coun now for 5 weeks so far... she gone on holiday now and havnt got another appointment for 3 weeks... going to be hard

thank you everyone... counsellor back off her holidays now and had first appointment back with wed... shall we say i didnt cope very well while she was away and felt i had gone backwards when i went back to see her wed...
