I was just wondering if anyone knows what it actually is? I've been wondering since Friday when it happened at work (they sent me somewhere else which stressed me out) and I didn't want to cry because I was in public but I could barely breath and had to fight back a panic attack :huh:
I've had it before but never ever that bad, I think that's what panicked me as well.
