Red spot in mouth cheek...

hello,

For 2 days Ive noticed a very tiny spot in my left mouth cheek. Inside not outside.

I can feel it with my tongue and it feels like theres a hole in the middle of it...also ive looked at it with a flashlught and its red colour and very small.

I bite my cheeks a lot..I am using a mouth guard day and night as told by my dentist.

Should I be worried about this? :(

My mate gets these a lot, she bites her inner cheek in her sleep and gets red blood filled tiny blisters, dont worry this is totally harmless and will just vanish.

I get these all the time. They are little blood blisters. I just pop my with my fingernail, a little bit of blood comes out then its gone!

Yep, I'm the same as Indigo. I'm not sure you should pop them - but I always do too :D
