Around this time last year I was driving to work and was blinded by sun glare.. I couldn't see where I was going. I am so scared I may have hit someone. I didn't hear or feel anything on my car... actually I didn't really worry about it until now. I need to combat these thoughts. I am so distressed. Please help. By the way, I am suffering from pretty bad ocd at the moment. In particular I have been worrying about accidentally hitting people in my car. I am checking the rear view mirror when I pass pedestrians to see whether they are alright and I sometimes drive back to check I haven't hit anyone. I think this is why I have started to worry about this incident that happened last year.
