Hey,new to the site and finding reading reading the posts that are simmiler to me very helpfull.:)
Iv been coping with anxiety for years on and off, just lately took a big knock to my confidence and can just about get out the house in the car to get down the road.
Yet to see the Dr about this bout. hopefully will get hold of things again soon!
