chest tightness

Hi guys can anyone tell me if they get a tightness in their chest with anxiety I'm in portugal at the mo I'm back friday I have had bad anxiety for the last month but getting this symptom is making it worse

I suffer with bad chest tightness and feels as if its hard to catch my breath the more i think about it the worse i feel i just try deep breathing or distract myself and it usually passes x
