When will things change

Hi people

It has been a long time since I have been back here. I have lost interest and feelings for everything and everyone.

Right now I feel at an all time low. I just don't know what it will take for me to get better and stop feeling so lifeless.

Saturday night was bad. Wanted to kill myself and feel desperate enough to turn to alcohol in a bid to try and rid of this feeling and now I am considering things like Cannabis to try and find peace.

Feels like a rubbish place to be.

Are you on any meds for your depression ??
do you have some1 to talk to when you are feeling so low ??

Alcohol's not great, but it's better than killing yourself!
Instead of self medicating on cannabis and alcohol, consult your GP for therapy and/or meds. Cannabis and alcohol are only temporary solutions, masking the feelings rather than erradicating them.
With a little help, I'm sure you can beat this :)

Thanks for your kind words.

I am on medication. I am on Duloxetine and Quetiapine. I was on Citalopram, but was taken off it.

I am seeing a pyschiatric nurse today so I am hoping for some help
