Hi Every1

I just had to share my great news with you. Last week I suffered a large panic attack giving a co-working a ride to work. It was sooo bad that I couldnt stay at work and had to leave - for the first time in 20 years.
Today I had to pick up another co-worker to give her a lift and I did it anxiety/panic free - Yayyyyyyyyyy
Thought I would share my tips to success (I know its only one small step but at least it was forward!!!!
I visualised myself doing the task before I went to bed. I told myself that I was helping a co-worker out of a tight situation. I took deep breaths and focussed on the ex-hail. I thought to myself - whats the worst thing that could happen.
I distracted myself b4 the pick up with a few of my fave tunes.
Over and over I just remembered that my co-worker friend needed me. I also found chewing gum worked - funny because every other time I have felt panic I could never imagine putting something in my mouth without gagging.... This time I waited until I felt less anxious and then chewed.
Cant believe I did it - success at last...... there is hope out there!!!!
