Stabbing pains in chest. Please reply

Hi. Today i've noticed that when i move forward i keep on getting stabbing pains in my chest which obviously i'm worrying about. I'm scared that it's maybe the start of a heart attack and i'm getting worried. Has anyone ever had this? Thanks x

Hi ive had these pains constant for a month like a sharp pain in chest really scares u. Mine has got alot better getting pains in calfs now. What has doc said? Do painkillers work? Is pain constant?

If you only get it when you lean forward then I would say it was muscular.

I'm not completely sure what it is, but it is certainly not a start of a heart attack.
I personally get sharp left-sided chest pains from IBS/gas. The pain could reach as high as my collarbones. And I personally know a girl who gets chest pains and breathing difficulties every now and then; she got every possible test done and all came back clear. The doctor said it's from stress.
