Does anyone no of any help groups in west sussex area?Ones that meet say once aweek.x

I take it you mean self-help groups for anxiety.

No Panic keeps a list of groups and I suggest you ring their office on 01952 590005 for details. Its not published on their web site.

They are reliant on people telling them that a group exists, so the chances are there are several they do not know about.

Therefore, I would also contact the following three organisations:-

Your local library information centre
Your local council (they may have given the group a small grant)
Your local Community Mental Health Team

Many local councils have links to voluntary organisations on their web sites, so its worth having a look there too. Also, do a Google search for something like "self help" and a town name. I don't think "West Sussex" will work so well.

Please let us know when you have found something.

Thankyou nichola,clickaway,alexandra!What would i do with out you all.Yes i did mean self help group,thonk i need to try every angle at moment.May help to meet people that feel like we all do.thanks againxx
