could my neck\back\shoulder tension be csusing my offbalance

Very likely it is + headaches, I certainly feel off balance and have a bad haedache when my neck is tensed up.

I have read where this can happen very easily with tension. It seems that your ears control a lot of your balance and your neck tenses causing your ears to misalign or domething like that thete fore throwing your balance off..Anyway I would say yes.But im not a doctor ....

yes. I have had that on numerous occassions. Also if I lean back too far it causes lightheadedness.
