Weak legs

Does anyone ever get tired weak legs. My legs feel tired and a bit weak and the back of my knees sometimes give way.

Anyone got any advice?

Yes, I get this, I used to get it so bad, I'd be sat there feeling the weakness thinking that I won't be able to stand up or that they''ll give way, I tried exercise, stretches, doing a bit more walking, hot water bottles on my achey tired muscles.x

I also have this symptom. I have literally stood up out of a chair and my knees have given way! I have had many panic attacks brought on by the unpleasant weak feelings in my legs. I find them really frightening... but the good news is that apart from the panic attacks, nothing bad has actually ever happened! :flowers:
