Hi all,

my stepmom Rita, she is in hospital and has been there for 3 weeks now, she is on oxygen 24/7, her heart and kidney are failing and there is nothing the doctors. I only found out just recently. it was a bit of a shock, I think she is missing my dad, we not to tell her any sad stories, to keep it all postivie.

I keep ya posted, I went and seen her last night, she is so poorly. I hope she gets better.

Hi Yvonne it is important to stay positive even if we feel pessimistic about the future. She is in good hands and I hope for a good outcome for you both. EJ.

Am thinking and praying for you.

My mum was given less than a 40% chance of pulling through back in 94. Today she is not only still with us but fit as fiddle.

Never give up, there is always hope. :flowers:

Hi all,

thank you all for your kind words, very much appreciated, thanks. I'm going to go up and see my step mom on Monday evening, I will let you know how things go. just feels like things are getting so difficult. I hope she get's better and hopefully be home, though does not sound like it since it's her heart and kidney are failing. she looked so thin and can see she has not enough oxygen, though she is on it 24/7.

I will let you know how things go.
