Sertraline seems to be approved for the treatment of PTSD in adult women only:

What is it used for?

Depression (http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/diseases/facts/depression.htm) in adults.
A psychiatric disorder in which tasks are excessively repeated (obsessive-compulsive disorder) (http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/diseases/depression/anxietydisorders_000017.htm) in adults and children aged six years and over.
Post-traumatic stress disorder (http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/diseases/depression/anxietydisorders_000017.htm) in adult women.
