Hi,

I've suffered from panic attacks for the last 20 years. In the last few years I overcame them through a combination of meds and therapy but I recently went through redundancy and some other changes in my personal life that left me feeling very stressed. In the last 3 months I've experienced a full relapse and currently find it very difficult to go any further than a few minutes from my home. I've started telephone CBT and did go back on medication but I'm having to come off it again because of side effects.

It would be really nice to talk to anyone who feels like they are beating this at the moment, I really need to hear that it's possible to get back out there.

Take care :)
