Swallowing/Dizziness

Hi hard to explain but does anyone find when they swallow (only happen on saliva for me) that they get dizzy ,I know it also happens when i yawn excessively, also find sometimes if i touch my jaw or rub my fingers i feel dizzy and numb.

Hope someone understands my explanation, I am not the best person for putting things into words.
