does anyone ever feel like this?

does any one ever feel full up and there bellys uncomftable?? i feel like it just lately and its not nice,,just like podgy ,,hope ive explained it for you to understand what i mean .. is this anxiety?? messin my digestive system up or somethin? ive read it can effect it so i dunno .. iv always been a bloater .. by that i mean i eat fast and stuff my face lol then my belly looks like early stages of pregnancy lol but jokes aside ive always been like it but this past week just feel abit different and like i say uncomftable x

Sometimes I wonder if its air. I do get that too...very uncomfortable.

I try to avoid salt as it seems to make things worse

yeh i avoid all sorts of things but i still feel full up :/ ,, maybe its in my head after all i did see a poster about somethin and u know how our minds work x
