Sorry to go on again as I have said in my previous threads every now and again when I am drifting off to sleep I get woken up feeling like my heart has stopped or is about to it scares me terribly I get it usually when in over tired due to having a new baby but it is putting me off going to bed as scared my heart will stop so I'm just going round in circles as tiredness seems to bring it on but I'm scared to sleep like I said before I had ECG done 3yrs ago due to anxcity and everything was fine so I'm sure nothing has changed hopefully I just wondered if anyone else got this and was after some reassurance sorry to go on I just want the worrying to stop so I can get on snd enjoy my new baby
