been to aand e again, keep worrying about my health, looked up loads of stuff of on the internet, heart attack, sudden adult death sydorme, am i jsut being paranoid.

Don't look anything up on the internet. Trust what they say at the hospital.

not reallly i keep looking up stuff on the inteernet nicola to do with arythmia they gave me a ecg, i looked up sudden death sydrome, am i worrying to much, if they gave me a ecg, and sent me on my way does that mean my hearts fine?

Yes your heart is fine if the ECG was clear.

I used to be the same when my anxiety started, constantly checking up on things online. just remember nearly any symptom you may have could be linked to absoloutly anything medically. just try and listen to what they said in a & e. they would not let you walk out of there if they were at all worried.
