Hi everyone, my name is James, 37 years old from the UK. Nice home, beautiful girlfriend planning a family, yet here I am plagued by panic and anxiety which has returned after several years of being free! Rather than go back down the paroxetine route (never again) i thought i'd seek help from fellow sufferers and in return provide support and friendship! :blush:
