Hi all,as a long term panic attack sufferer over 20 years I have tried afew different things to help me get through them, has anyone had vcdt I have the chance of getting treatment from a specialist therapist at a cost of £125 ph:ohmy: but if it does get rid of them then it's priceless for me:bighug1:

Can you tell us what this is, it sounds interesting but it looks like no one knows about it...
I would be very careful in paying for therapy. How did you find out about this? Has this been recomended to you by a doctor, or have you seen an advert..?

Vcdt is a therapy that basically tricks the way you think for example if you are scared of death and that is why you are having panic Attacks the therapist can stop you thinking about it so therefore stopping the panic attacks. If you look up nik and Eva speakmen they are life coaches and can treat you at a cost of £1450 for 4hours of treatment I'm going for one of there trained elite therapists at a cost of £125 ph they only work on results. As for doctors recommeneding anything that's pills and more pills waste of time
