Problems with going to the dentists

Hi I am having problems with my teeth at the moment
I have got an appointment this afternoon and getting myself
all worked up
It is my gums that I am having problems with and my front teeth which are on are gold bar and they have gone loose
I hope I can get there this afternoon
I am going on holiday next week so need something sorting out
Is there anyone else on here that is frightened of the dentists

I used to have huge problems with the dentist, but am fine these days, even when I have to have something major done. I had counselling to help with it, which seemed to work really well for me, and another thing that helps is that my dentists works quickly and always warns me if anything's going to be uncomfortable.
