Im Dave,
Im 20 and all my life iv been confident, outgoing an willing to do anything for anyone. For over a year now iv had chronic stomach pain, iv recently found a lump on a gland that despite bein told im fin still scares me. For about 6 months iv been crippled with anxiety. My brothers always had a lot of problems with anxiety and i can finally relate to how he feels.
I cant stand the constant battle i have with my self all day every day in reassuring myself. I do little more than go to work, stay at home and visit the local shops. I cant physically bring myself to go anywhere else due to my frequent panic attacks.
Im starting counselling in just over a month and really cant wait to start. I just want to be my self again :(
Im hoping joining here will hlp me through ! Im also off on a cruise in two weeks. Im exited but im sure many of you can relate to the fear of it that im also eperiencing now !
