Ok Guys & Gals, putting it simply today has been the best day i've had all week. I visited a website called www.moodgym.co.uk (http://www.moodgym.co.uk) well worth a look! I put in practice one of the simple techniques... W.Y.T.I.W.Y.F or "What You Think Is What You Feel" and can honestly say it worked, it's almost like constantly arguing with your panic demons but it works. Today I kepy my balance fairly under control and felt more confident.
