Worried about stomach

Im scared to sleep. My stomach has been hurting and I have been getting nausea on and off. I have no appetite. Help??

Hi. Could it maybe be something you have ate or perhaps a 24hr bug? I've heard there is one going around. Have you tried taking anything for the pain? A hot water bottle may help x
