please help -diabetes??

last few days i have been feeling thirsty & going to the loo at night.
I have always gone to the loo at night , but now im freaking out ive got diabetes.
I tested my urine for glucose and it was negative, but too scared to have blood test.
Im always so scared , i cant cope..

I know how you feel, I seem to be scared everytime i feel something strange in my body or mind for that matter. If you think this is what you may have, I know its hard but you must be tested so you can be treated successfully. Diabetes is very manageable with medication, diet etc. I have many family members with this, some insulin dependant, some are just on tablets. When my anxiety was at its worst i used to wake up with dry mouth constantly and because i was drinking more i was going to the loo more !!! Try not to worry :hugs:

A good friend of mine has been insulin dependent for over 20 years , he manages very well . Theres many levels of diabetes and the treatments are great these days so don,t worry and make that Drs appointment !

Anxiety can cause so many symptons.
